The government has become very aggressive since 911. Some good some very bad. The huge budget deficit has created a need for additional government dollars and an assertive collection effort.

We can help you if you are caught in this web. Tax deficiency (Tax Court) notices is now routine using the elite of the government resources to contact you. The response process is very time consuming with their notices with penalties and inadequate information for you to understand. Although I have very few of these notices to my clients, I receive referrals from other professionals to solve these requests.

We prepare small tax court requirements (to $ 50,000) with a join response tax brief and have tax court attorneys to help you for larger problems. We can help you if your liability is $ 50,000 or less.
